Core Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end monetisation strategy, defining the free vs. premium experience, pricing, packaging, and paywall optimisation across iOS, Android, and web.
- Lead a high-velocity A/B testing programme across the full user funnel, from onboarding through to conversion and retention.
- Analyse product and commercial data to identify growth opportunities, risks, and optimisation areas across key subscription KPIs.
- Work closely with Design to develop high-performing paywall and subscription user experiences.
- Partner with Insights & Analytics to ensure robust experiment design, measurement, and interpretation.
- Collaborate with Engineering to deliver high-quality product features at speed across multiple platforms.
- Align with Marketing on acquisition, messaging, and lifecycle optimisation to improve conversion and retention.
- Represent monetisation across the wider organisation, influencing stakeholders and aligning product roadmaps around high-impact opportunities.

You will play a central role in shaping how users transition from free to paid experiences, balancing commercial performance with long-term user value. Beyond ownership of the monetisation pillar, this role contributes to broader product strategy, cross-functional alignment, and long-term platform growth.
About You- 3–5 years’ Product Management experience in a B2C consumer product environment.
- Strong understanding of subscription or freemium business models.
- Experience running high-velocity A/B testing and experimentation programmes.
- Highly analytical with experience using product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker.
- Comfortable independently cutting and interpreting data to form product hypotheses.
- Strong understanding of agile product development and working closely with engineering teams in sprint cycles.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
- Strong commercial intuition around pricing, packaging, and willingness to pay.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with iterative development cycles.
- Mobile-first product experience across iOS, Android, and web is highly desirable.
- Interest in AI-driven product development and modern experimentation practices is a plus.
