The Product Experiences team produces experiences that create product and platform evangelists, bringing consumer hardware and software to market through memorable demos and experiences. We engage individuals and communities to deliver on the promise that technology builds human connections. We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, detail-oriented Experiences Producer to work cross-functionally to lead, execute and support a range of events, activations, and product demonstrations. This producer will join the Product Experiences team within the Global Experiential and Industry Marketing Team.
Responsibilities:
- Support and execute events and experiences across our client.
- Design, develop and scale the delivery of Product Experiences in support of internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide creative production and logistics expertise for events including experience consultation, demo design, staffing, tech, and on-site support.
- Create partnerships with marketing, product, and creative teams.
- Support the development of processes and playbooks that streamline and scale our operations.
- Partner with agencies to plan and execute experiential.
- Availability and willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Establish and support strategic measurement and marketing plans for events.
- Support post-reporting processes and data collection.
Key Skills:
- 5+ client-facing experience of event management, production or within a creative agency.
- Knowledge coordinating virtual and in-person events.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration, organizational design and systems planning.
- Communication and presentation experience with proven track record of working with executive leadership.
- Experience managing vendors.
- Experience with standard project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience managing production budgets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using judgment and analysis, providing practical, timely and proactive communication guidance and support.
- Experience with and proficiency in assessing data reports for metrics, trends, and patterns for communications and event-related metrics.
