We’re assembling a new team and we're on the lookout for a proactive, self-starting User Researcher to join the mission. This is a high-impact opportunity to work on a project that is shaping the future of their enterprise capabilities. You’ll be part of a close-knit trio, working hand-in-hand with a Business Analyst and an Interaction Designer to uncover, define, and support evolving user needs across stakeholders — many of whom have limited time and access.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conducting user research in a fast-paced, complex Defence environment.
  • Building strong relationships across a wide and varied user base.
  • Translating research insights into actionable recommendations to guide design and delivery.
  • Ensuring alignment with Defence Digital and broader data strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Highly proactive with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity in a secure setting.
