I am partnered with one of the World’s Top Tech Consultancies who are currently working with many of the biggest names in the Private and Public Sector. They have just won a couple of exciting new projects and are looking for a HR Transformation Consultant to join their team and assist with the continued scaling and optimisation of these.
Their ideal candidate would have good knowledge and experience within:
- Oracle HCM/ERP (implementations)
- Functional Consulting (configuration, user-focus)
- Workstreams (functional design, testing, data migration)
- Business Development (RFPs, Bids)
- Consulting / Client Facing skills
In return they would be offering:
- £4k annual bonus
