NOC Shift Lead – 24/7 Operations
Belfast | 4-on / 4-off rotating days & nights (7–7)
We’ve had a number of brand new NOC roles go live with one of our Belfast based clients who are currently expanding a new NOC function in the location. As well as hiring a lead, they are also hiring for multiple L1 NOC engineers for the team. What You’ll Do
- Lead a shift team ensuring rapid response to alerts and incidents
- Monitor and maintain network performance using enterprise-grade tools
- Take charge of escalations and major incident coordination
- Support field teams with remote diagnostics and configuration checks
- Keep customers informed with clear, proactive communication
- Drive continuous service improvement and SLA excellence
What You Bring
