NOC Shift Lead – 24/7 Operations

Belfast | 4-on / 4-off rotating days & nights (7–7)

We’ve had a number of brand new NOC roles go live with one of our Belfast based clients who are currently expanding a new NOC function in the location. As well as hiring a lead, they are also hiring for multiple L1 NOC engineers for the team. Join a high-performance Network Operations Centre supporting critical national infrastructure. This role suits a strong technical leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to own the stability of major network services.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a shift team ensuring rapid response to alerts and incidents
  • Monitor and maintain network performance using enterprise-grade tools
  • Take charge of escalations and major incident coordination
  • Support field teams with remote diagnostics and configuration checks
  • Keep customers informed with clear, proactive communication
  • Drive continuous service improvement and SLA excellence

What You Bring

  • Experience leading in a NOC, SOC, or similar technical operations setting
  • Calm decision-making under pressure and strong incident handling skills
  • Great communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and SLA-driven environments
  • Eligible for Security Clearance
