Location: Hybrid working in London office.

Rate: £350 – £500 per day PAYE

Summary
We\’re seeking a UX Researcher to support our clients\’ product teams in delivering user-centred solutions. This contingent role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional partners, conduct research, and provide actionable insights to inform product development.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end research projects, from scoping to analysis.
• Design and execute qualitative user research studies to inform product decisions.
• Analyse research data and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Run usability testing programs in close collaboration with other UX Researchers
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user insights into the development process.
• Present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Key Skills

• Proficiency in a range of research methodologies (e.g., interviews, usability testing, concept evaluation).
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. – Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 3-5+ years of experience conducting user research in a technology or product-focused environment.
• Bachelor\’s degree in human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.

• Previous experience in rigorous usability testing
• Previous experience working in the reality labs.
