Trust in SODA, part of Trinnovo Group, is continuing to scale its US Technology division and we’re looking for experienced 360 recruiters to join our high-performing team. This opportunity is specifically for recruiters with proven agency recruitment experience who want to build and grow a specialist US Technology desk. We are not considering trainee, graduate, or non-recruitment backgrounds for this role.
You’ll have the opportunity to operate across high-growth technology markets including Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Infrastructure, and Product, partnering with some of the world’s most exciting technology businesses across the US. With an established brand, existing client relationships, live vacancies, and strong cross-brand collaboration across Financial Services and AI, this is an opportunity to build a genuinely scalable desk with significant earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle across US Technology markets
- Building and scaling your own specialist desk within your chosen niche
- Winning new business and developing strategic client relationships
- Recruiting across Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Product, and Infrastructure markets
- Managing permanent and/or contract recruitment processes
- Delivering retained, exclusive, and project-based hiring solutions
- Building long-term candidate and client networks across US markets
- Collaborating with teams across Trust in SODA, Broadgate, and DeepRec.ai on cross-sell opportunities
- Operating as a genuine market specialist with ownership of your vertical
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven 360 Technology recruitment experience
- Demonstrated billing history within agency recruitment
- Strong business development and client-winning capability
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently
- Commercial mindset and motivation to build a high-performing desk
- Ability to work 10:30am – 8:00pm aligned to US markets
- Able to work 3 days per week from our London office
