About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded technical professional who enjoys working at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Go‑To‑Market.
You’ll act as the bridge between customer needs and product development, helping customers understand the platform’s capabilities while ensuring valuable feedback shapes future product direction.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong customer‑facing skills with enough technical depth to understand product capabilities, integrations, workflows, and use cases.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery conversations and solution‑focused sales engagements.
- Understand customer workflows, challenges, and business objectives.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable product feedback.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Manage opportunities through the sales process.
- Support onboarding and successful customer adoption.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally.
- Help build scalable processes as the business grows.
Qualifications
- Experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Executive, Customer Engineer, Product Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong customer‑facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Comfortable running commercial conversations and managing opportunities.
- Technical enough to understand APIs, integrations, product workflows, and customer use cases.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and commercial teams.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
- A proactive, hands‑on mindset suited to an early‑stage startup environment.
