We’re working with an established, fast-growing fintech organisation supporting entrepreneurs and SMEs with flexible finance solutions that help businesses grow and thrive. They’re now looking to add a Senior Test Analyst to their development team - someone who’s passionate about quality, advocates for best practice, and enjoys collaborating closely with engineers and stakeholders.

The role

You’ll play a key role in shaping testing processes and practices, working alongside another senior tester and the wider development team to ensure high-quality delivery across products and features. You’ll be an active voice in the team, helping to evolve how testing is approached while mentoring others and driving continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning and coordinating testing across QA phases
