What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience across AI, machine learning or data engineering
  • Strong commercial experience with Python and Databricks
  • Solid SQL, ETL/ELT and data pipeline experience
  • Experience building and deploying LLM applications
  • Knowledge of traditional machine learning and AutoML
  • Experience taking AI or ML solutions into production
  • Strong software engineering practices, including testing, version control and CI/CD
  • Cloud experience, ideally within Azure
  • Previous experience mentoring or guiding engineers
  • Experience with Azure AI Foundry, MLflow, MCP, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, agentic AI, Azure OpenAI or AI Search would be highly beneficial.
