Do you want to work for one of the country's top consultancies on some high profile HRIS transformations? I am partnered with one of the World’s Top Tech Consultancies who are currently working with many of the biggest names in the Private and Public Sector. They have just won a couple of exciting new projects and are looking for a HR Transformation Consultant to join their team and assist with the continued scaling and optimisation of these.
Their ideal candidate would have good knowledge and experience within:
- SuccessFactors (implementations)
- Modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting)
- Workstreams (functional design, testing, data migration)
- Business Development (RFPs, Bids)
- Consulting / Client Facing skills
In return they would be offering:
- £8k annual bonus
