Trust in SODA is continuing to grow its US Technology division and we're looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team as a Delivery Consultant. This role is perfect for recruiters who enjoy candidate‐led recruitment and want to become a specialist in the US technology market, working across Software Engineering and AI Engineering roles. You'll partner with experienced US recruiters, supporting established client accounts and delivering exceptional talent into some of North America's most exciting technology businesses.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering permanent technology talent into the US market
  • Building and managing specialist candidate networks
  • Sourcing, qualifying and engaging top technology professionals
  • Managing interview processes and offer negotiations
  • Market mapping and talent intelligence
  • Working closely with experienced 360 consultants on retained and exclusive assignments

What We're Looking For

  • Previous agency recruitment experience is essential
  • Strong sourcing and candidate management skills
  • Experience working in a delivery, resourcing or 180 recruitment role
  • Technology recruitment experience is advantageous
  • Ambition to build a long‐term career within specialist recruitment
