The Opportunity

We're looking for an exceptional Chief Product Officer to lead the company's next stage of product evolution. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll define and execute the long-term product vision, leading the transition towards a portfolio of AI-native products that fundamentally change how enterprise organisations make decisions. This is a highly strategic leadership role with significant influence across the business. You'll combine deep customer understanding, commercial thinking and technical curiosity to create products that solve meaningful customer problems while delivering measurable business growth. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, you'll build a product organisation capable of delivering category-defining innovation at scale.

    • Define and communicate a compelling long-term product vision aligned to the company's commercial objectives.
    • Develop and execute a multi-product strategy focused on AI-enabled customer experiences.

  • AI Product Innovation
    • Champion AI-first thinking throughout the product organisation.
    • Drive the adoption of generative AI, LLMs and agentic workflows across the platform.
    • Build differentiated products that simplify complex customer workflows.
    • Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid learning and continuous improvement.
  • Leadership & Organisation
    • Lead, mentor and scale high-performing Product and Design teams.
    • Build an accountable, customer-focused product organisation.
    • Establish effective product operating models, governance and decision-making processes.
    • Develop future product leaders through coaching and empowerment.
  • Product Delivery
    • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and ongoing optimisation.
    • Partner closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality execution.
    • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales and Marketing to maximise customer adoption and commercial outcomes.
    • Ensure product initiatives are aligned with business objectives and measurable success metrics.
  • Executive Leadership
    • Serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.
    • Partner with the CEO and Board on long-term company strategy.
    • Contribute to strategic planning, investment decisions and future growth opportunities, including potential acquisitions and new product ventures.
