Soda has partnered with a company transforming the sports industry with the first Super App that combines tech, commerce, and fan engagement!

They’re on the lookout for Legal Counsel to join their team!

Role: Legal Counsel

Salary: £35,000

Location: Must be in UK – BUT Fully Remote Role!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support with day-to-day tasks related to privacy (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), consumer protection, and terms & policies.
• Assist with intellectual property matters like trademarks and copyright.
• Help review and maintain internal legal documents, platform compliance processes, and seller onboarding materials.
• Work with teams across the business to give practical, risk-aware legal input on a range of projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years’ experience as a qualified lawyer, ideally with some exposure to tech, e-commerce, or startup environments.
• Interest or experience in commercial, data privacy, or consumer law.
• Someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and happy working in a fast-paced, remote setting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
