- Ensure compliance with global consumer and privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), and maintain up-to-date consumer-facing terms, policies, and data protection practices.
- Manage IP matters including trademarks and copyrights, while supporting brand strategy and related agreements.
- Oversee platform compliance, seller onboarding, and transparency obligations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide risk-aware legal guidance, manage pre-litigation issues, and monitor regulatory developments in digital commerce.
