Lead Software Engineer (.NET)

As a Lead Engineer, you'll code and guide. Your responsibilities include:

• Hands-on Development: Deep dive into backend and frontend development with modern technologies, ensuring high-quality, secure code.
• Design & Architecture: Mentor and guide engineers, providing technical direction, conducting code reviews, and championing best practices.
• Project Ownership: Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritise, and deliver complex project requirements.
• Process Optimization: Champion agile, CI/CD, and automated testing to boost productivity.

We're looking for a leader with strong technical expertise:

• Strong experience with design & architecture
• Experience: 5+ years in software development with hands-on coding, including prior lead or senior engineer roles.
• .Net 6+ & .Net Framework
• Entity Framework/Entity Framework Core
• SQL
• React & TypeScript – The role in a heavily BE-leaning, but it needs to have a good FE understanding
