  • Location: London (Hybrid, 2/3 days a week in the office)
  • Type: Full-time

We are partnering with a technology-powered services firm that supports private markets clients with the development and implementation of effective sustainability and responsible AI strategies. They were founded on the belief that acting responsibly is a driver of growth, and they help clients build good practice into core strategy to improve performance, manage risk, and unlock value.

We're now looking for a Senior Innovation & Automation Associate / Senior Associate Innovation to join their dream team. Sitting at the intersection of advisory work, the engineering team, and internal operations, this role focuses on turning ideas into AI-enabled products, internal tools, and scalable low-code/no-code automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product & Workflow Development: Work closely with the Innovation Director, CTO, and external partners to identify opportunities where AI, technology, and automation can improve advisory work, shaping these into clearly defined products and solutions.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Own processes from early concept through to MVP/delivery - translating requirements into products
  • Low-Code & No-Code Systems: Build, connect, and optimize workflows across modern tech stacks, including tools such as Clay, n8n, Airtable, Retool, Zapier
  • Data Structuring: Build and structure datasets that accelerate work, making knowledge and data more usable for both people and AI.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguity where the exact answer is not yet known. This is not about having years of engineering under your belt, this is about being creative with the tools we have and able to come up with solutions.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience with low-code/no-code tools, APIs, or workflow automation, alongside the ability to structure thoughts logically and communicate them clearly to technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Development Foundation: Ideally holding a degree in Computer Science or a similar field,
  • Initiative & Ownership: Ownership and initiative, knowing when and how to ask for support.
  • Curiosity: A real interest in learning about sustainability, responsible AI, and the intersection of tech and business operations.
  • Startup/Scale-Up Enthusiasm: An enthusiasm for startup life, autonomy from day one, and a willingness to get involved in a wide range of work.

Why Join Us?

  • Autonomy & Growth: Autonomy from day one with the opportunity to take full ownership of key technical and automation workstreams.
  • Continuous Learning: Dedicated support and funding for professional development and technical certifications.
  • Culture: A practical, results-first culture that values real outcomes, diversity of thought, and collaboration alongside coworkers dedicated to excellence and sustainability.
