Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Implementation: Develop scalable IAM solutions with ISIM, covering user provisioning, de-provisioning, and RBAC.
- Java Integration: Create and maintain Java-based connectors, workflows, and custom business logic for IAM processes.
- System Integration: Interface ISIM with enterprise systems, third-party IDPs, databases, and LDAP directories.
- Security Compliance: Apply best practices aligned with GDPR, HIPAA, and other standards.
- Troubleshooting & Optimisation: Monitor and resolve issues, improving system performance and efficiency.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside security, infrastructure, and development teams to build cohesive solutions.
- Innovation: Stay up to date on IAM technologies, contributing to continuous architectural improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with IAM platforms, particularly IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) or alternatives like Ping Identity or Microsoft Identity Manager.
- Strong understanding of IAM protocols such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Java development skills with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Background in IAM administration: provisioning, role management, and access reviews.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated experience working in large, multi-system enterprise environments.
