We’re looking for an experienced commercial leader to drive the global growth and performance of our B2B branded retail channels, including certified stores, retail partnerships, and travel retail. This is a high-impact global role focused on commercial success, operational excellence, and delivering a consistent premium brand experience across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the global B2B branded channel strategy and commercial model
- Drive expansion of certified stores and partner retail networks globally
- Ensure retail excellence through strong operational standards and performance management
- Oversee product and sales training to elevate in-store execution
- Partner with regional and local teams to deliver commercial growth
- Protect and enhance brand consistency across all retail touchpoints
- Build strong long-term relationships with global partners and franchise networks
- Lead and develop a high-performing global team of ~15, including senior leaders
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience in B2B branded retail, franchise, or partner-led retail models within consumer/lifestyle brands
- Proven success scaling and transforming commercial retail channels globally
- Strong leadership experience managing large partner or franchise networks
- Commercially driven with expertise in store operations, customer experience, and partner performance
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in matrixed global organisations
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
