About the Role

As they continue to scale their B2B offering, they're looking to hire a Global B2B Campaigns Manager to own and accelerate demand generation efforts across key international markets.

This is a highly visible position sitting at the heart of the B2B marketing function.

The successful candidate will take ownership of campaigns and programmes designed to generate, nurture and convert high-quality pipeline, working closely with Sales, Product Marketing and Revenue teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution and optimisation of global B2B demand generation campaigns.
  • Drive pipeline growth across targeted accounts and strategic segments.
  • Design and execute ABM/ABX campaigns focused on engaging buying committees and accelerating account progression.
  • Utilise intent data, CRM insights and engagement signals to identify high-priority opportunities.
  • Build and manage campaigns within marketing automation platforms, ensuring strong reporting, attribution and lead management processes.
  • Partner with paid media and content teams to maximise channel performance across Linked In, search, webinars, whitepapers and case studies.
  • Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve campaign efficiency, testing and performance.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations to improve ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to support pipeline conversion and account growth.
  • Contribute to sales enablement initiatives through account intelligence, campaign insights and supporting content.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience owning B2B demand generation strategy and pipeline delivery.
  • Strong background in Saa S, technology, Ed Tech or another high-growth B2B environment.
  • Hands‑on experience designing and managing ABM/ABX programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, ideally Hub Spot.
  • Experience measuring campaign success through attribution, engagement and pipeline metrics.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance campaign execution and marketing performance.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales and Revenue teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment.
