A leading psychometric solutions company is looking for a Lead Engineer to join its expanding team, ahead of their further expansion. The company is dedicated to matching the right people with the right roles through science-backed methods and cutting-edge platforms, delivering trusted data and promoting fairness in hiring. As a Lead Engineer, you'll code and guide. Your responsibilities include:

  • Hands-on Development: Deep dive into backend and frontend development with modern technologies, ensuring high-quality, secure code.
  • Design & Architecture: Mentor and guide engineers, providing technical direction, conducting code reviews, and championing best practices.
  • Project Ownership: Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver complex project requirements.
  • Process Optimization: Champion agile, CI/CD, and automated testing to boost productivity.

We're looking for a leader with strong technical expertise:

  • Strong experience with design & architecture
  • Experience: 5+ years in software development with hands-on coding, including prior lead or senior engineer roles.
  • .Net 6+ & .Net Framework
  • Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core
  • SQL
  • React & TypeScript – The role is heavily BE-leaning, but it needs a good FE understanding.
