You will be the go-to expert for complex casework, the calm and credible voice in difficult situations, and a key partner to leaders navigating people challenges at scale. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead on complex employee relations matters, shape how ER is delivered across the business, and play a critical role in supporting organisational change. You will also lead and develop a small team, ensuring consistency, quality, and confidence in how ER is handled across the organisation.
