Our client is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects to agreed plans, budgets, quality, and governance standards
- Develop and maintain detailed project and resource plans in line with standard methodologies
- Oversee end-to-end delivery lifecycle for project teams
- Manage project estimation, planning, staffing, and execution
- Track and mitigate risks, manage the critical path, and handle project escalations
- Partner closely with Product and Business Owners to align project outcomes with business priorities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across platforms
- Monitor and manage budgets and provide regular financial reporting
Essential Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management
- Strong understanding of delivery frameworks and project governance
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Background in banking and financial services
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Agile Central
