Duration: Initial 6 Months

Role Purpose
The Change Consultant will support the Future Ready Talent (FRT) programme by driving adoption of key people and career-related changes, in particular the Career Hub (Workday Module). The role focuses on translating programme goals into clear change outcomes, enabling stakeholders, and supporting the Q3 launch of Career Hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Change & Adoption
- Translate programme objectives into clear change outcomes, success measures, and adoption KPIs.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments, with a strong focus on employee and manager impacts related to Career Hub.
- Develop and deliver change and communication strategies for learning suggestions integrations within FRT.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
- Prepare materials for stakeholder engagement sessions (presentations, demos, videos, enablement assets).
- Participate in stakeholder and sponsor meetings, capture feedback, and translate insights into actions.
- Prepare regular written updates and contribute to the quarterly T&D change newsletter.
- Support key messages and progress updates for sponsor calls.
- Enablement & Activation
- Build practical enablement and activation materials, including: Playbooks, FAQs, and role-based toolkits.
- Knowledge management articles and SharePoint content.
- Novartis Hub content and guiding system videos.
- Learning pathways in Match Learn to support career planning.
- Community & Programme Support
- Work with the FRT Co-Creator network to test assumptions and shift members towards active change champions ahead of Q3 go-live.
- Support the PMO in planning and facilitating bi-monthly all-FRT team workshops.
Must Have Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in change management for large, enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into practical change, communication, and enablement activities.
- Hands-on experience creating change assets (toolkits, playbooks, FAQs, learning content).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including work with senior sponsors.
- Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience with Workday or similar HCM systems implementation.
