A highly respected independent B2B creative agency is seeking an experienced Client Director to join its senior leadership team during an exciting period of growth, rebrand and cultural transformation.

About the Role

This is a key leadership role for a commercially minded agency professional who enjoys building strategic client partnerships, leading teams and driving business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Own commercial performance, forecasting and profitability across key accounts.
  • Support and drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling and strategic planning.
  • Partner with the Creative Director on pitches, business development and agency growth initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the Client Services team.
  • Drive consistency, quality and operational excellence across client delivery.
  • Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to both clients and internal leadership.
  • Contribute to wider agency strategy, culture and service development.
  • Required Skills
  • Significant agency experience within client services or account leadership.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and strategic client partnerships.
  • Strong financial and commercial awareness.
  • Experience owning a P&L, client portfolio, business unit or substantial revenue stream.
  • Proven people management and team leadership experience.
  • A consultative approach and the confidence to challenge constructively.
  • Experience within integrated marketing, creative or B2B agency environments.
  • Strong presentation, influencing and communication skills.
