We’ve just had some further roles go live with one of our Belfast based FinTech partners who are on a big AI-focused hiring drive for 2026. They’re hiring for a number of API development roles with this one coming in at mid-level on the team. It’s a hybrid role based in Belfast and further info on the requirements is below:
What You’ll Work On
- Build production-grade REST APIs using C# .NET, SQL, Azure
- Implement secure authentication (OAuth, JWT) and modern API security patterns
- Create clean, well‑documented APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger
- Optimise performance, logging, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines
- Partner with engineering and AI teams to expose scalable, consistent API capabilities
What You Bring
- Strong C# .NET backend experience
- Solid SQL and relational database skills
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with OAuth/JWT, cloud deployments (Azure), and unit/integration testing
Bonus Skills
- Azure API Management or API gateways
- Event-driven patterns / messaging
- Developer experience tooling or third‑party integration APIs
