We’re hiring a Lead AI Engineer (VP) to spearhead a GenAI feature team building production-grade AI applications used daily by thousands of employees with a well known bank. You'll be part of a dedicated department tasked with replacing the entire current stack with a new agentic stack.
What you’ll do:
- Lead design, build and deployment of GenAI solutions end-to-end
- Act as an SME shaping Generative AI strategy
- Mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence, security and quality
- Partner with senior stakeholders in a highly regulated environment
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt optimisation and evaluation
- AWS experience (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, Lex)
- Experience delivering AI in regulated or complex organisations
- Bonus: DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform/CloudFormation, Docker, ECS/EKS
- Experience with LangGraph, Google ADK
