About The Role

A premier building services company is seeking an experienced and qualified Plumber to join a growing team. This permanent position covers the Crawley and East Grinstead regions, delivering high-quality plumbing services across a varied portfolio. The successful candidate will handle a mix of high-end, large-scale domestic projects alongside small-scale commercial works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in large domestic properties and light commercial settings.
  • Diagnose system faults, trace leaks, and carry out efficient repairs.
  • Work independently or alongside a team to complete first and second-fix plumbing installations.
  • Ensure all work complies with current building regulations and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service while representing the company on site.

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS / JIB-PMES Plumber Blue or Gold Skills Card (Essential).
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience working on large domestic installations and small commercial properties.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
