A modern and growing M&E contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Engineer (Plumber / Pipefitter) to join their team working across multiple sites in Sussex and surrounding areas. This role will involve a mix of domestic and commercial duties, providing an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who enjoys working on varied projects.
The Role
- Installation of mechanical pipework and plumbing systems
- Working on both domestic and commercial projects
- Installing and maintaining heating systems, pipework, and associated mechanical services
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Working across a range of project sites
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
Requirements
- Experience working as a Plumber, or Pipefitter
- Strong knowledge of mechanical pipework and plumbing systems
- Experience working on commercial and/or domestic installations
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Ductwork knowledge or experience would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence preferred
