Care Assistants/ Home Care Assistants Required in Tipton and Smethwick (Drivers required with caring experience).
Dedicated shifts available in set locations across Tipton and Smethwick. You will not be expected to travel from town to town! Full training and support provided.
We are searching for Care Assistants/ Home Care Assistants. Trust In Care is a Home Care company providing high quality care to individuals within the comfort of their own homes. Our care teams provide person-centred care unique to each individual we care for. We are currently looking to expand our team due to significant increase in the demand for our high quality care services. You will be joining a friendly and genuinely caring company that works as a team and provides flexibility with work-life balance.
Our services are available to people we support from 6.00am – 10.30pm, 7 days per week. For the right care assistants/ home care assistants, we have flexible care shifts available.
- Morning Shift: 6.00am-14.00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm - 10.30pm
Flexible workers preferred, especially those with weekend availability. Both single and double-up calls available.
About You
- Good communication written and verbal
- Caring and trustworthy person with a big heart who is passionate about providing quality care
- Previous care assistant experience not essential as training will be provided
- Hard working and a team player
- Commitment to work with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure people you care for get the right support at the right time
- Drivers Required - Full UK driving License and access to own car is essential
