Trust Housing Association is a national housing, support and care provider, primarily serving older people in our communities. We have a vacancy for a Support Worker (Older People) at Ramillies Court, Clydebank, West Dunbartonshire. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of £13 per hour.

Responsibilities

You will be working with our tenants to ensure they receive the support identified in their personal plan, helping them maintain as much independence as possible. Responsibilities include assisting with meal delivery and providing support in the dining room; there may also be occasional kitchen duties. You will bring dedication and a person-centred approach to this important role.

Support Worker Skills and Experience

Ideally, you will have an appropriate qualification in Health & Social Care and previous experience of working with older people or other vulnerable members of the community, so you understand their needs and how to meet them. If successful, you will have opportunities to develop your experience and progress in social care with ongoing personal development support.

Benefits
