Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Housing Coordinator based at 60 Bingham Drive, Bingham, City of Edinburgh EH15 3JS.
What we’re offering:
- £13.00* or £13.25 per hour; £16,900* or £17,225 Annual Salary (*salary based on enhanced annual leave) (pay award pending)
- 25 hours per week (5 days per week, 8.00am – 1.00pm, or 9.00am – 2.00pm)
- 33* or 28 days annual leave per year

What we’re looking for in our Retirement Housing Coordinator:
You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property related issues, to our tenants in Bingham, City of Edinburgh, ensuring that tenants and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment.
Retirement Housing Coordinator Skills And Experience:
You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative as you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants, promoting and supporting them to achieve independent living. Previous experience of working with older people would be an advantage.
