What You\’ll Be Doing as a Later Living Carer: As a Later Living Carer, you\’ll support older and vulnerable adults to live independently in their own homes within our developments. From personal care to meal support, your kindness and reliability will help our customers feel safe, respected, and valued. Purpose of Job Work within a team to ensure customers are supported to live as independently as possible within their own homes; providing personal, emotional, and social care and support in line with assessed needs promoting positive outcomes for customers.
