Opportunity Trust has a fantastic opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join our team based at Lower Kessock Street, Inverness on a part-time, permanent basis.

Benefits

  • £13:45 per hour
  • 21 hours per week, a mixture of shifts over average 2 days per week on a 2-week rolling rota.
  • Week 1: Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun
  • Week 2: Wed, Thurs, Fri - 11:30am to 6pm with 30 minute unpaid break
  • Generous holiday entitlement

Responsibilities

  • You will keep a high standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining room areas.
  • Carry out all cleaning duties as outlined in the development-cleaning schedule.
  • Help with basic food preparation.
  • Serve meals to tenants and, when necessary, assist in escorting tenants to the dining room.

Qualifications

  • This role requires you to have the ability to work as part of a team and have customer service skills.
  • You should also have or be willing to attain a REHIS certificate in Elementary Food Hygiene.
