Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Housing Care Worker to join our team in Alloa, Clackmannanshire, on a permanent basis. This is an excellent job opportunity for those who live in and around Alloa.

Job Details

• Location: West Lodge Gardens, Alloa, Clackmannanshire FK10 2HX
• Hourly Rate: £14.04 per hour
• Availability: Flexible shifts (morning and back shifts) including weekends
• Guaranteed Hours: 18.5 hours per week worked over average 3 days on a rolling 2-week rota basis, with a mixture of weekdays, weekends, day shifts and back shifts

Responsibilities

• Work between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, seven days a week, supporting older and vulnerable adults in their own homes.
• Assist with daily living tasks—including administering medication, personal support, and helping with meals—based on individual care plans.
• Develop relationships with residents and deliver care in the way they prefer.
• Provide flexible shift coverage, including mornings, back shifts and weekends.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in the care sector and working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community.
• SVQ in Health and Social Care or a relevant qualification (preferred).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic IT skills.
• Passion, empathy, and dedication to helping our tenants live their lives to the fullest.
