Trust has a great opportunity for an experienced Cook to join our team at 20 Lochar Crescent, Pollok, Glasgow City G53 5NY on a permanent part‑time contract of 24 hours (average) per week.
Responsibilities
- Prepare delicious meals according to the menu, including menu planning, ordering, and ingredient preparation.
- Work alongside the catering assistant to keep the kitchen organised and running efficiently, ensuring compliance with food handling, sanitation and food storage procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to move freely and work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Experience using a variety of ingredients and cooking techniques is an advantage.
- Right to work in the UK; no sponsorships provided.
Benefits
- 24 hours average, 3 days per week on a two‑week rolling rota: 9.00am to 6.00pm (1‑hour unpaid break). Example rota: Week 1 – Thursday and Friday; Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday.
