Trust Housing Association has an exciting opportunity for a Bank Retirement Housing Coordinator, providing cover as and when required for any last minute absence or annual leave across our 6 Edinburgh developments in Corstorphine, Bingham, Abbeyhill, Joppa, Granton and Stockbridge.

What we’re looking for in our Bank Retirement Housing Coordinator:

You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property related issues to our tenants in Edinburgh, ensuring that they and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment.

Bank Retirement Housing Coordinator Skills and Experience:

You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative as you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants, promoting and supporting them to achieve independent living. Previous experience of working with older people would be an advantage.

Eligibility and constraints:

We can only accept candidates residing in the UK who already have the right to work documents. All applicants must already hold the legal right to work in the UK and if successful will need to provide evidence. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorships for international applicants, or candidates currently working in the UK on a sponsored visa as we are unable to assist with renewal upon expiry.
