Key Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with our Care and Support Teams to drive improvement and uphold quality standards.
  • You will also deliver training, coach teams, and help achieve better outcomes for customers across our services.
  • We are looking for someone proactive and resilient, who is confident in using online platforms, to produce detailed reports and action plans as well as taking the initiative and working independently.
  • A key focus area will be a continued drive to build a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement via our digital personal planning tool.

Working Hours

This is a part-time opportunity and will be worked 14 hours per week over two days, Monday and Friday.

Qualifications and Requirements
