Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Housing Coordinator based at 38 Deanhaugh Street, Stockbridge, City of Edinburgh EH4 1LZ. In return for your enthusiasm and commitment we will offer you:
- £14.04* or £14.31 per hour;
- £18,252* to £18,603 Annual Salary (*salary based on enhanced annual leave) (from 1st April 2026)
- 25 hours per week (5 days per week, 8.00am – 1.00pm, or 9.00am – 2.00pm; start/finish times can be discussed at interview)
- 33* or 28 days annual leave per year
- Paid Disclosure Scotland check
- Access to paid training & continued personal development
What we’re looking for in our Retirement Housing Coordinator:
You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property related issues, to our tenants in Stockbridge, City of Edinburgh, ensuring that tenants and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment.
Retirement Housing Coordinator Skills and Experience:
You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative as you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants, promoting and supporting them to achieve independent living. Previous experience of working with older people would be an advantage.
