The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Cook to join our team at Millar Park, Hamilton, South Lanarkshire ML3 9BD on a permanent part-time contract of 24 hours (average) per week. We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to the menu. As a Cook your duties would involve menu planning, ordering, preparing ingredients and working alongside the catering assistant.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare delicious meals according to the menu.
  • Plan menus, order supplies, prepare ingredients and work alongside the catering assistant.
  • Help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently.
  • Follow food handling, sanitation, and food storage procedures.
Benefits / Working Details
  • 24 hours average per week on a 2-week rolling rota:
  • 9.30am to 6.30pm (1-hour unpaid break)
  • Week 1 – Monday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
  • Competitive hourly rate of £13

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Be able to move around the kitchen and be adept at multi-tasking.
  • Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is an advantage.
  • Must be able to work in the UK with the right to work documents; sponsorships for international applicants are not available.
  • Legal right to work in the UK; if successful, provide evidence.
