We have an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Housing Coordinator based in Abbeyhill, City of Edinburgh. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive rate of £13.00 – £13.25 per hour. About Trust Housing: Trust Housing Association is a national housing, support and care provider, offering a range of accommodation and support services. Primarily serving older people in our communities we also provide housing for families and individuals. We have over 4,000 households across the length and breadth of Scotland, from the Highlands and Islands all the way down to the Borders. In return for your enthusiasm and commitment as our Retirement Housing Coordinator, we will offer you: – £13.00* or £13.25 per hour; £16,900* or £17,225 Annual Salary (*salary based on enhanced annual leave) Working 25 hours (5 days per week, 8.00am – 1.00pm, some flexibility available) 33* or 28 days annual leave per year Paid Disclosure Scotland check Access to paid training & continued personal development What we’re looking for in our Retirement Coordinator: You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property related issues, to our tenants in Abbeyhill, City of Edinburgh, ensuring that tenants and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment. Retirement Coordinator Skills and Experience: You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative, as you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants, promoting and supporting them to achieve independent living. Previous experience of working with older people would be an advantage.
