Trust Housing Association has an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Housing Coordinator on a permanent, part-time contract working 25 hours (5 days per week, 8.00am – 1.00pm, some flexibility available) based at Huntly Court, Bishopbriggs, East Dunbartonshire. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £15,821* or £16,458 Annual Salary (*salary based on enhanced annual leave) (Pay Award Pending). In return for your enthusiasm and commitment we will offer you: – £15,821* or £16,458 Annual Salary (*salary based on enhanced annual leave) (Pay Award Pending) Working 25 hours (5 days per week, 8.00am – 1.00pm, some flexibility available) 33* or 28 days annual leave per year Paid Disclosure Scotland check Access to paid training & continued personal development What we’re looking for in our Retirement Housing Coordinator: You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property related issues, to our tenants in Bishopbriggs, East Dunbartonshire, ensuring that tenants and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment. Retirement Housing Coordinator Skills and Experience: You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative as you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants, promoting and supporting them to achieve independent living. Previous experience of working with older people would be an advantage. To apply: Submit our online application form no later than 12 noon on Wednesday 12th February 2025.
