Trust Housing Association has an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Coordinator on a permanent, part-time contract working 16.75 hours (3 days per week) based at Kirkriggs Court, Lour Road Forfar, Angus. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £13.00* or £13.25 per hour (*based on enhanced annual leave).

In return for your enthusiasm and commitment, we will offer you:

  • £13.00* or £13.25 per hour (*based on enhanced annual leave)
  • Working 16.75 hours, 3 days per week:
  • Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
  • Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • 33* or 28 days annual leave per year

  • What we are looking for in our Retirement Coordinator:

    You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property related issues, to our tenants in Forfar, Angus, ensuring that tenants and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment.

    Retirement Coordinator Skills and Experience:

    You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative as you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants, promoting and supporting them to achieve independent living. Previous experience of working with older people would be an advantage.
