Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Coordinator based in Markinch, Fife. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £10,951* or £11,162; £14.04* or £14.31 per hour (*based on enhanced annual leave).

Primarily serving older people in our communities we also provide housing for families and individuals. We have over 4000 households across the length and breadth of Scotland, from the Highlands and Islands all the way down to the Borders.

In return for your enthusiasm and commitment as our Retirement Coordinator, we will offer you:

  • £14.04* or £14.31 per hour; £10,951* or £11,162 Annual Salary (*salary based on enhanced annual leave)
  • 15 hours per week
  • 3 days per week
  • 33* or 28 days annual leave per year

What we’re looking for in our Retirement Coordinator:

You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property related issues, to our tenants in Markinch, Fife, ensuring that tenants and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment.

Retirement Coordinator Skills and Experience:

You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative as you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants, promoting and supporting them to achieve independent living. Previous experience of working with older people would be an advantage.
