Join Our New Later Living Team – Now Hiring Senior Carers! We’re launching brand-new Later Living services this October in East Kilbride, Hamilton, and High Blantyre – and we’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Later Living Manager to lead our team across these three locations. You will be based at one of our locations, dividing your time across all three services. What You’ll Be Doing As a Later Living Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support services that enable older and vulnerable adults to live independently in their own homes. You’ll manage a dedicated team, ensure compliance with care standards, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for tenants. Key responsibilities include: Managing and supervising all development employees, including recruitment, training, and rotas. Monitoring performance and ensuring service levels are met. Coordinating communication with tenants, staff, and external stakeholders. Ensuring building maintenance, hygiene, and safety compliance. Overseeing personal plans, care documentation, and referrals. Promoting tenant participation and maintaining confidentiality. Handling administrative tasks, invoicing, and void property management. What We’re Looking For Experience working in the care sector, particularly with older or vulnerable individuals SVQ3 Health and Social Care/HNC plus PDA Health and Social Care Supervision at SCQF level 7 or willingness to work towards Effective communication and leadership skills Strong IT skills including Microsoft 365 and rota management systems Ability to motivate and develop a team Commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery Flexibility to work out of hours when required A current driving licence and satisfactory PVG check What We Offer Competitive Salary £ 37,518 – £39,546 per annum Hours: 39 per week worked Monday – Friday Contract: Permanent Location: Working On-site within our 3 Later Living developments in East Kilbride, Hamilton & High Blantyre Start Date: September Paid training, development & SVQ qualifications Generous annual leave & pension contributions Paid SSSC registration & PVG check A supportive, inclusive team culture Please note: this role is subject to satisfactory interview, references and a PVG check. You will be required to register with the SSSC, complete mandatory training within a timeframe, and the commitment to studying for an SVQ in Care & Support if you do not already hold this qualification.
