Hourly Rate: £14.04 per hour
Availability: Flexible shifts (morning and back shifts) including weekends
Guaranteed Hours: 19.5 hours per week per role, worked over an average of 4 days on a rolling 2-week rota, with a mixture of weekdays and weekends (every second weekend), day shifts and back shifts
Job Type: Permanent, part-time

Role Overview: As a Care & Support Worker, you will support older and vulnerable adults in their own homes. Operating between 7:00am and 10:00pm seven days a week, you will provide assistance with daily living tasks based on individual care plans. Tasks include administering medication, personal support, helping with meals, and other activities. You will have the time to get to know residents and provide care in the way they prefer.
Care & Support Worker Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the care sector working with older people or other vulnerable community members
- SVQ in Health and Social Care or a relevant qualification (held or willing to study)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic IT skills
- Previous experience preferred but not essential; comprehensive training provided
Requirements and Conditions:
- Subject to satisfactory interview, references, and a PVG check
- Must register with the SSSC and complete mandatory training within the specified timeframe
- Commitment to studying for an SVQ in Care & Support if not already held
- Candidates must be residents of the UK with the legal right to work; sponsorship not available
