We have an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Coordinator based in Strathtay Avenue, Netherlee. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive rate of £13.00* or £13.25 per hour (*based on enhanced annual leave) (pay award pending).
About Trust Housing:
Trust Housing Association is a national housing, support and care provider, offering a range of accommodation and support services. Primarily serving older people in our communities we also provide housing for families and individuals. We have over 4,000 households across the length and breadth of Scotland, from the Highlands and Islands all the way down to the Borders.
In return for your enthusiasm and commitment as our Retirement Coordinator, we will offer you:
- £13.00* or £13.25 per hour; £8,450* or £8,612.50 Annual Salary (*salary based on enhanced annual leave) (pay award pending)
- 25 hours in one week per fortnight (5 days per week, 8.00am – 1.00pm, every other week)
- Please note, this is a job share, working 25 hours one week, and another staff member working the following week, alternating between you. This role is equivalent to 12.5 hours per week.
- 33* or 28 days annual leave per year (pro rata)

What we’re looking for in our Retirement Coordinator:
You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property related issues, to our tenants in Netherlee, East Renfrewshire, ensuring that tenants and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment.
Retirement Coordinator Skills and Experience:
You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative as you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants, promoting and supporting them to achieve independent living. Previous experience of working with older people would be an advantage.
