We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to join our team in Nottingham. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our services for adults with learning disabilities. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our services for adults with learning disabilities
  • Manage a team of staff and ensure they are trained and motivated to provide high-quality care
