We're recruiting an experienced nurse for a 24-bed nurse-led specialist mental health unit in Loughborough. The service supports people with complex, long-standing mental health conditions, with a focus on maintaining wellbeing and reducing the need for acute hospital admission.

What the role involves:

  • Leading clinical shifts and supporting junior staff
  • Managing risk and responding to incidents
  • Delivering recovery-focused, person-centred care
  • Working within a full MDT including psychiatry and psychology

What you'll need:

  • Current NMC registration (RMN preferred, or RNLD/RGN with mental health experience)
  • Solid knowledge of mental health legislation
  • Experience managing challenging behaviour and complex risk
  • Structured induction, clinical supervision and progression into leadership
