They’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee a group of up to five homes across Leicestershire someone who can both inspire and strategically lead teams through expansion and positive change.
About the Role
This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for driving quality, compliance, and culture across multiple residential settings. You’ll act as the Responsible Individual, ensuring services meet and exceed Ofsted standards while supporting Registered Managers to deliver outstanding care.
- Overseeing operational delivery across up to five residential children’s homes.
- Providing exceptional leadership, coaching, and support to Registered Managers.
- Ensuring all homes remain fully compliant with Ofsted and safeguarding standards.
- Supporting the planning and development of new homes as the organisation grows.
- Building a strong, positive culture centred around outcomes for children and young people.
You’ll bring:
